In the new part of the martial arts show, Danny and Johnny team up with Chozen (played by Yuji Okumoto) to stop the Cobra Kai dojo, which is now controlled by Terry Silver (played by Thomas Ian Griffith). Terry Silver was last seen in The Karate Kid III.

The good news is that Cobra Kai was confirmed for a fifth season even before the fourth season had aired. This announcement was made in August 2021.
