Storyline Of Sweet Home
Following the loss of his parents, Hyun Soo moved into an apartment within a greenhouse complex. He was quite introverted and struggled with social anxiety, often relying on packaged foods. One night, he started to have doubts when he noticed his food was disappearing.
The following day, something bizarre happened. Hyun Soo came across a lady walking around with a cat’s severed head. This freaked him out, and he tried to run away, but he ended up in a struggle with his female neighbor, who had turned into a monstrous eater.

Thankfully, JiSoo, another resident in the apartment, came to his aid. Hyun Soo soon learned the terrifying truth that the building was infested with flesh-eating monsters, and they had trapped the ground-floor residents in their apartments.
Soon after, Hyun Soo witnesses a horrifying incident where a vampire monster kills a man right in front of him. He’s now in a tough situation, feeling lost and even blaming his late family for what’s happening.
As if surviving these creatures wasn’t challenging enough, Hyun Soo gets bitten by a monster while trying to protect two orphaned twins. Now, as he deals with the infection, he faces a moral dilemma as the temptation to embrace his dark side begins to grow stronger.
What happened at the end of Season 1?
In the final episode of the first season, Ui-Miyeong and Hyun Soo shared a touching moment as they connected emotionally over the trauma of having a monster inside them. It was disclosed in the ninth episode that Ui-Miyeong had also been bitten by a monster.
